Title: Training Operation & Planning Manager - China
Location: China - Shanghai
Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement Training Governance in the full spectrum of OL activities including:
- Budgeting, expense control, FYF and monthly financial report from Finance.
- Programme planning and scheduling as instructed by the trainers
- Supervise programme flawless programme administration E2E
- Drive OL Operational Excellence with continuous improvement initiatives
- Outserve Plus focal point
- Coach and lead the administration team in flawless day to day operations
- Lead in OL promotion in particular:
- monthly news on OL activities
- OL web-site update
- Training Centre operation
- OL programme marketing
- Build stakeholder engagement
- Trainers in OL, in-and outside China
- OL SSC
- China HR team
- OL Ambassadors
- OL MIS
- Ensure all training attendance records are sent to OLSSC
- Coordinate within OL team the monthly report and stakeholder report
- Validate monthly reports from OLSSC including e-learning and line training for OL RM to engage respective businesses
- Input to Monthly CEO Letter and ARC report
- Quarterly China OL dashboard analysis
- Project leadership, including annual Learning Week and other ad hoc projects as required.
