Senior Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
* Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
* 10+ years experience in progressively responsible HR Generalist roles; 3+ years of HR Management experience required.
* Experience supporting a call center environment is desired.
* Successful track record of hiring, motivating and developing people.
* Strong working knowledge of general Human Resources policies, programs, methods, practices and procedures related to Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Workers Compensation, and EEO/AAP Administration.
* Strong working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations related to the Human Resources function (FLSA, ADA, Civil Rights Act of 1964, and FMLA).
* Highly developed consultative, influencing and negotiation skills.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proven experience working proactively and independently with minimal direction.
* Must have high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information in a professional manner.
* Must be able to interact effectively with employees and all levels of management.
* Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and manage several projects simultaneously.
* Strong MS office suite experience as well as proficiency in HR database systems.
* Must be professional, established team player with a collaborative approach, a high achiever and self-starter.
* Ability to travel throughout Northern New England Regional footprint.
